Keeping a Food Diary & Buddying Up!

Grab your pen and paper, it's time to double your weight-loss!

Write it Down, Drop the Pounds
That's all it takes, according to some experts. People who write down what they eat, and keep a food diary every day, lose twice as much weight as others.
